GUARANTEE/PAYMENT POLICY
In order for us to guarantee this booking, either:
- Arrange to deposit the above amount directly into our account (details below). Attach a copy of the deposit slip/transfer confirmation to this page and fax to us on the above fax number.
- Complete the credit card authorisation details hereunder, attach a copy of your identification document with a copy of the front and back of the credit card and fax back to the above fax number.
- Attach a copy of your bill back voucher/company order to this page and fax back to the above fax number.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations made
8 - 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% of the accommodation deposit cancellation fee.
1 - 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% of the accommodation deposit cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the same day will be charged in full.

NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification to the B&B. In the case of a no-show, accommodation will be charged in full - as per same day cancellation.
